About the role

  • Support the migration of enterprise supply chain and finance reports from MicroStrategy to Metabase
  • Rebuild and optimize BI reports
  • Validate data accuracy
  • Partner closely with supply chain, finance, and data engineering teams to ensure seamless business continuity and improved analytics performance.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in Business Intelligence / Analytics (Hands-on experience with Metabase and MicroStrategy preferred)
  • Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with Metabase: Dashboards, SQL editor, parameters/filters, permissions
  • Experience working with MicroStrategy (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, BusinessObjects)
  • Advanced SQL expertise
  • Complex joins, CTEs, window functions
  • Query optimization and performance tuning
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably IBM Db2
  • Experience working on BI reports for invoices, receipts, purchase orders (PO), GRN, AP aging, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of BI architecture and reporting best practices
  • Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
