About the role

  • Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps tailored for the F&A vertical/Assigned client/Portfolio, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
  • Champion automation initiatives leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI/ML, Analytics, and other emerging technologies to optimize F&A processes.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and Developers to define requirements, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes by client teams.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years in finance & accounting domain with at least 5-6 years in digital transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of F&A processes including AP, AR, GL, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Tax, Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), AI/ML applications, Analytics tools, and Cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant fields; MBA or relevant certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
