About the role
- Support the design and development of scalable enterprise solutions addressing complex healthcare payer challenges
- Bridge business requirements and technical implementation by translating operational needs into platform features and solution capabilities
- Support rapid prototyping and development of new capabilities leveraging data analytics, AI, and automation technologies
- Work with engineering and product teams to enhance enterprise platforms, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and performance
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture frameworks, and implementation approaches for enterprise solutions
- Support the implementation of enterprise solutions across new and existing client engagements
- Define operational workflows that integrate technology platforms with business processes to deliver measurable outcomes
- Coordinate with technology and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems and solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, solution performance, and implementation efficiency
- Support client-facing solution discussions by providing technical and functional insights into solution capabilities and implementation models
- Participate in client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities
- Work with leadership teams to support strategic pursuits and solution proposals
- Capture client feedback and translate insights into solution enhancements and innovation opportunities
- Monitor solution adoption, performance metrics, and implementation outcomes
- Support the development of dashboards and reports tracking solution progress and impact
- Ensure adherence to solution delivery timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10–14 years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or enterprise solution development
- Experience working in healthcare payer operations, payment integrity, or healthcare data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, claims processing systems, and analytics platforms
- Experience working with enterprise systems, AI/ML concepts, and automation technologies
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution architectures
- Experience supporting client solutioning and strategic deal pursuits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, analytics, product, and operations
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization, including with corporate function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks
- Professional maturity and credibility to represent the SGU Head with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Strong Excel and Presentation skills required
