About the role
- Define and execute the **enterprise data and AI strategy** aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional **data, analytics, and AI teams**, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI and analytics can drive impact.
- Oversee **data governance, privacy, and compliance** frameworks to ensure robust and ethical data usage.
- Manage enterprise-wide initiatives for **AI adoption, digital transformation, and advanced analytics enablement**.
- Drive **stakeholder engagement** across leadership teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and value realization.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external vendors, technology providers, and consultants.
Requirements
- Experience in regulated BFSI industries
- Familiarity with AI/ML and analytics technologies from a **strategic adoption perspective**.
- Experience managing **vendor partnerships and enterprise-scale initiatives**.
