About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build responsive and high-performance UI using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop robust backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Architect and manage databases using MongoDB.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS cloud services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend tooling.
  • Solid backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
  • Experience building and deploying applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
