About the role
- Handle client, inspector, and manager inquiries via phone and email, logging all details in the EXL Survey database.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates, estimated completion dates, and next steps.
- Forward and track revision requests, ensuring timely completion and communication back to clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure everyone has the latest project information.
- Monitor phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or quality control.
- Skills:
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- - Basic computer literacy, including office software and databases.
- - Ability to evaluate reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- - Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage time-sensitive priorities.
