About the role

  • Handle client, inspector, and manager inquiries via phone and email, logging all details in the EXL Survey database.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates, estimated completion dates, and next steps.
  • Forward and track revision requests, ensuring timely completion and communication back to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure everyone has the latest project information.
  • Monitor phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or quality control.
  • Skills:
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • - Basic computer literacy, including office software and databases.
  • - Ability to evaluate reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • - Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage time-sensitive priorities.
