About the role

  • Manage the implementation of new data projects.
  • Partner with business to translate use case requirements into technical requirements for data engineering and visualization teams.
  • Perform testing of dashboards and work with business and developers to resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate data in response to data requests.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to validate data using Excel and SQL.
  • Oversee quarter-end processes to ensure dashboards are updated with accurate data.
  • Support self-service datasets and tools to empower business users to independently retrieve data.
  • Monitor Jira issues queue and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of reports and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data projects and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree required.
  • Must be highly proficient with Excel and SQL with extensive data analysis experience.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
