About the role
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ existing processes and market positioning to identify growth and transformation opportunities.
- Develop data-driven insights that form the foundation of effective business strategies in healthcare.
- Lead business transformation projects by assessing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimized solutions.
- Formulate and implement growth-focused strategies to support client expansion and operational goals.
- Build and refine account strategies to strengthen client relationships and drive account growth.
- Conduct M&A research and due diligence to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
- Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree.
- 6-8+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Familiarity with payer and provider environments (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively across various time zones and cultural contexts.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
- Understanding of financial models (value-based care, fee-for-service).
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: background in claims auditing, healthcare technology (AI, telemedicine, EHR), population health, or business development.
- Preferred: experience in strategy development for value-based care or healthcare coordination.
