About the role
- Performance manage quality assurance reviewers for production, quality, and time service.
- Manage review inventory so that turnaround time SLA’s are met.
- Perform quality reviews on all types of work, both physical and phone.
- Work with managers and customers to assist in crafting appropriate quality improvement plans where needed.
- Conduct CTC (reviewer checking) work as necessary on both offshore and on shore reviewers.
- Oversee onshore CTC reviewer and track and trends CTC results.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline Band C: Premium Audit knowledge - 5+ years;
- Management experience - 4+years;
