  • As an Assistant Manager specializing in Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where Gen AI can enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to ensure successful adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models for diverse business use cases.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in AI/ML techniques.
  • Stay updated on emerging Gen AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Drive experimentation and proof-of-concepts to validate AI opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats.
