About the role

  • Support the production, deployment, and adaptation of creative assets aligned with NFL guidelines, app content strategy, and tentpole marketing objectives
  • Produce creative assets within Figma, ensuring brand and visual consistency
  • Version, format, and manage content with the NFL App CMS
  • Leverage existing brand systems and creative libraries to maintain campaign alignment
  • Ensure asset readiness for integration into the app experience and campaign placements
  • Collaborate with NFL stakeholders to align creative output with overall event content and market strategies
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to understand strategy, articulate campaign results, and delegate next steps accordingly
  • Collaborate across key internal and external stakeholders outside of Marketing including but not limited to Events, MarTech, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering to drive operational efficiencies
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and ensure platform scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of similar or relevant work experience
  • Experience with Creative Design and Content Management tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc)
  • HTML editing and working knowledge required to be able to make edits to templates
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player to find ways to uncover opportunities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project and time management skills with high standards of accuracy and organization
  • Ability to keep up with a fast-paced production schedule that has a fluctuating level of workload throughout the calendar year
  • Proven ability to collaborate & manage dependencies on other team members that are supporting the launch of a campaign
  • Passion for innovation and solving difficult challenges

  • Eager learner, driven by passion rather than just ambition
  • Passion for sports is a plus
