About the role

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team responsible for Technical and Digital hiring, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates for critical roles.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract top-tier candidates for support and leadership positions across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, incorporating them into the team’s strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on Support and Leadership hiring.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
