About the role
- Define Enterprise Data Strategy: Establish data architecture standards, frameworks, and models across platforms to support analytics, Master Data Management (MDM), and operational systems.
- Design Scalable Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of secure, integrated, and high-performing data solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and IT teams to align data architecture with strategic objectives and long-term vision.
- Data Modeling & Governance: Oversee data modeling, lineage, and platform selection; ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
- Security & Availability: Design robust solutions to guarantee data security, integrity, and availability across systems.
- Continuous Optimization: Provide guidance to cross-functional teams for optimizing data flows, platforms, and tools for scalability and performance.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure enterprise data architecture aligns with organizational goals and supports future growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in architecting complex systems across multiple cloud and on-premise technologies and experience in BFS or Insurance domain is advantage.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
