About the role

  • Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.
  • Should be able to connect with Client SME & understand Functionality, Data.
  • Should be able to do Data Profiling - Understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements- How to standardize Reference, and master data across systems.
  • Work Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that allow stakeholders to understand data mappings & transformations.

Requirements

  • 3-6-years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.
  • Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB, BRD creation, requirements gathering
  • Very good Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills
  • SQL, business requirement gatherings, Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing
  • Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization
  • Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients. Policy & Claims lifecycle and reinsurance business is a must.
  • Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals
