- Responsible for preparation of the Accurate Settlement in accordance with the contractual terms
- Maintain data accuracy across internal systems
- Handle queries through SFDC with SLAs
- Manage Quality Control in finance system for Settlement billing
- Perform Settlement variance analysis to identify issues
- Support audit, migrations, and data projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

Requirements
- Graduate with Accounting major or equivalent 0 - 3 Year
- Understanding of client billing models
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
- Prior experience in client service systems
- Ability to handle customer queries and process-related MIS
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
