About the role
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI and ML models, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures.
- Oversee model performance, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and team leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.
