About the role

  • Work with small to mid-sized business owners to help them increase profit, efficiency, and value
  • Engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and work with those clients in 1:1 sessions based on Exit Factor system
  • Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions and provide resources from online curriculum
  • Participate in initial training, certification and continuing education
  • Design your schedule and work remotely
  • Interact with businesses across hundreds of industries
  • Scale work hours from micro to full time as necessary

Requirements

  • CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN BEVERLY HILLS or LOS ANGELES METRO AREA
  • Preferred related experience: personal exit or sale experience, previous business consulting/coaching, and related exit strategy or M&A experience
  • Computer proficiency is required, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for customer interaction
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with particularly strong phone skills
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, competitive, committed
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, Slack
