About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.
  • Execute the company’s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in Kuwait to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.
  • Lead expansion in new markets within Kuwait by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.
  • Use your existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for our partners and clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)
  • Transferable book of business desirable.
  • Ability to execute and plan in tandem
  • Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial goals.
