• Oversee successful delivery of Exiger’s SaaS solutions, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with product and technology teams to support solution deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Drive growth by identifying use case-driven business opportunities and advancing go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and product teams to align innovation roadmaps with public sector needs.
• Champion integration of TPRM and SCRM frameworks across diverse agency environments.
• Support resource allocation, workforce planning, and team readiness to achieve organizational and client-specific goals.
• Track key performance metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and customer success.
