General Counsel

• Provide strategic legal support across Exiger’s business lines, focusing on commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government agreements including SaaS, licensing, services, NDAs, and partnership agreements
• Advise internal teams on legal and regulatory risks associated with business initiatives
• Support senior attorneys with a variety of legal matters, including refinement of internal policies, training, and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, HR, Compliance, and other teams to meet key objectives
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Exiger’s operations and advise senior attorneys on potential impact to the business
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders
