About the role

  • Collect and normalize seed data on parts and suppliers from prospects and/or clients for upload into SDX using Excel or other business systems
  • Work collaboratively with other Exiger teams to build out Bill-of-Material data for upload into SDX
  • Perform regular data updates; integrate Master Production Schedule files, shipments, pricing data, etc.
  • Test data inputs to ensure quality reporting in SDX
  • Troubleshoot bad data, interfacing with Exiger development resources and clients to complete corrections
  • Attend client meetings to provide updates on data status, issues, or opportunities
  • Perform outreach to client’s suppliers to validate Bill of Material data or map tiers of supply
  • Conduct supplier outreach during global disasters to confirm supplier impact
  • Generate SDX reports for clients and Exiger Account Managers, including reporting on high-risk suppliers or parts
  • Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously, monitoring timelines and deliverables
  • Support research initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field
  • 1-2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Strong MS Excel Skills
  • Persuasive and concise oral and written communication
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines and tasks
  • Analytical mindset and strong acuity for data insights
  • Meticulously organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
