  • Develop analytical skills by learning how data and market trends guide talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and ease working in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social media is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of English is required for this position, as responsibilities involve frequent oral and written communication with clients, partners, vendors or colleagues located outside Quebec.
