About the role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce sites, including site functionality, key launches, features, and testing initiatives.
- Support the execution of the product roadmap in partnership with leadership, focusing on enhancing the digital customer journey.
- Lead the development and execution of testing and personalization strategies to improve site experience, functionality, and conversion.
- Use first-party data, consumer insights, and customer feedback to optimize acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze key eCommerce performance metrics (AOV, CVR, RPU, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Creative and CX teams to develop impactful content that engages target audiences and supports the purchase funnel.
- Collaborate with Brand and Growth teams to optimize site experience for inbound traffic, with a strong focus on mobile performance.
- Contribute to building a culture of innovation, continuous testing, and ongoing optimization within the eCommerce team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally with DTC brands.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site operations, analyze performance metrics, and execute growth-driving initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, support, and inspire others.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the Cypress, CA office (Tues.-Thurs.).
- Experience with Shopify and related tools, integrations, and apps (preferred).
- Proficiency with data analytics and site performance optimization (preferred).
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and implementing site improvements (preferred).
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools that enhance efficiency and scalability (preferred).
- Ability to use first-party data, consumer insights, and customer feedback to optimize acquisition and retention.
