About the role
- Design, implement, and administer Total Rewards strategies (compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards).
- Partner with senior leadership and the HR team on total rewards alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to HR and management on salary structure, pay decisions, and policy interpretation.
- Lead annual compensation planning exercises including merit adjustments and equity reviews.
- Oversee annual bonus programs for management and professionals.
- Develop and direct the Company’s benefits strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and best service.
- Provide oversight and management direction for HRIS systems and develop HR metrics for tracking performance and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ progressive years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Proven fluency in compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics.
- Experience managing HR information systems and/or related systems.
- Strong operational knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data configuration, formulas, etc.).
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, business/finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience leading and building effective teams preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing compensation, benefits and/or HRIS solutions preferred.
- Operational knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.
- Experience with global compensation (Mexico, China) preferred.
