About the role

  • - Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts including software licenses, vendor, and technology partner agreements.
  • - Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
  • - Manage corporate matters including entity registrations, share transactions, officer appointments, and interactions with tax and government authorities.
  • - Protect and manage intellectual property related to software, patents, trademarks, and licensing.
  • - Collaborate with external legal counsel and provide fast, practical legal solutions aligned with business goals.
  • - Develop legal templates, guidance, and policies to support scalable and consistent contract and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • - Minimum of 2 years of legal work experience, preferably within the IT sector or international companies.
  • - Law degree.
  • - English language proficiency at B2/C1. Knowledge of other lanhuages is a plus.
  • - Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly and effectively convey complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders, and to build strong professional relationships.
  • - Strong multitasking abilities enabling effective management of multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
  • - Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering pragmatic legal advice that balances risk control with business objectives.
  • - Desirable additional qualifications include prior experience as an in-house counsel or in startup environments, knowledge of additional languages beyond English, and a passion for technology and innovation.
