About the role

  • Drive strategic execution across a complex territory or multi-state geography
  • Expand relationships with healthcare providers and build relations with influential stakeholders
  • Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated solutions
  • Represent field perspectives in brand planning discussions
  • Identify emerging trends and unmet needs within the territory
  • Lead strategic pull-through initiatives in collaboration with access and reimbursement teams
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to junior team members

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline and 9 years of related experience; or Master’s degree in related discipline and 7 years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of oncology sales experience
  • Launch experience required
  • Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong business planning skills
  • Ability to work independently
