About the role
- Drive strategic execution across a complex territory or multi-state geography
- Expand relationships with healthcare providers and build relations with influential stakeholders
- Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated solutions
- Represent field perspectives in brand planning discussions
- Identify emerging trends and unmet needs within the territory
- Lead strategic pull-through initiatives in collaboration with access and reimbursement teams
- Serve as a mentor and resource to junior team members
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in related discipline and 9 years of related experience; or Master’s degree in related discipline and 7 years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology sales experience
- Launch experience required
- Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
- Strong business planning skills
- Ability to work independently
