• Complete billing process and meet billing due dates
• Prepare and distribute invoices

• Maintain timely billing follow up with all parties involved

Support Engineer

• Ownership of technical inquiries and issues end to end; identify, diagnose and resolve incidents raised by Exegy clients
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams on software and process enhancements
• Incident resolution and outage call handling; notify internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for resolution, communication, and follow-up
• Monitor production environments; identify and implement improvements
• Be a point of contact with other teams to ensure a tight implementation and delivery of a software solution into production
• Run reports to analyze common complaints and problems and put processes in place to reduce common errors and faults

Network Engineer

• Provide day-to-day support & assistance to Exegy Network Engineering team on network issues across business critical Exegy Production, Corporate and Development networks
• Perform day-to-day network administration and maintain all network and security devices and systems to allow Exegy Network Engineering team to concentrate on design and execution of network management handover for SuperFeed, DMA and Metro products to relevant vendors
• Work with vendors providing network support to troubleshoot and resolve issues or roll out changes to hosted production environments

DevOps Engineer

• Maintain and improve uptime across core systems including compute, storage, virtualization, load balancers, and data center network infrastructure
• Support production services across on-prem data centers, co-locations, and hybrid cloud environments
• Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation, major incident response, and post-mortems
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term remediation plans
• Identify system failure patterns and implement hardening strategies

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of monthly revenue reporting, including product line performance, revenue trends, and variance analysis
• Drive initiatives to optimize revenue by analyzing key drivers such as pricing, customer mix, and product portfolio, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to forecast future revenues, improve accuracy, and develop strategic pricing models based on market trends and sales pipelines

• Prioritize remediation based on real-world risk, considering:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM and PAM platforms supporting workforce, privileged, and service identities
• Enforce least-privilege access models, role-based access control (RBAC), and attribute-based access control (ABAC) where appropriate
• Implement strong authentication controls, including MFA, conditional access, and phishing-resistant authentication
• Manage privileged identities for administrative, infrastructure, cloud, and application accounts
