Designer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance FPGA logic and reusable HDL building blocks for ultra-low-latency applications
• Translate product and technical requirements into detailed FPGA designs, interfaces, implementation plans, and verification strategies
• Develop and review RTL using VHDL and/or Verilog
• Own significant portions of the FPGA development lifecycle
• Implement and enhance networking and system protocol components
• Create and maintain automated test environments
• Diagnose complex design, timing, integration, and performance issues
• Conduct peer design and code reviews
• Collaborate with FPGA Architects to evaluate design tradeoffs

Hardware Engineer

• À partir des spécifications définies par les architectes et les équipes Product Management, développer et maintenir des briques technologiques en vous appuyant sur nos processus de développement avancés, notamment l’automatisation des tests et la réutilisation du code
• Participer à l’ensemble du cycle de développement, du codage RTL et de la simulation comportementale jusqu’aux tests automatisés sur plateformes FPGA
• Développer et maintenir des tests fonctionnels et de performance pour les composants matériels
• Fournir des retours à l’équipe et identifier les problèmes, risques et éventuelles lacunes au cours des différentes étapes du développement
• Maintenir et améliorer la documentation des composants matériels parallèlement aux développements réalisés

General Counsel

• Serve as primary attorney drafting and negotiating Exegy’s commercial agreements with customers and vendors
• Manage the contract lifecycle in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Support corporate legal functions, including maintenance of corporate records, policies, and agreement templates
• Lead responses to customer due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), coordinating internal reviews to ensure timely completion
• Conduct legal assessments of third-party vendors, including review of vendor DDQ responses
• Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures and workflows for contract management, litigation support, internal investigations, and compliance training
• Serve as primary administrator and point-of-contact for key legal tools (e.g., CLM systems, matter management platforms)
• Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to improve departmental efficiency
• Create and deliver training materials for new processes, systems, and technology tools
• Review departmental invoices for compliance with billing guidelines and coordinate with outside counsel and vendors
• Assist in tracking and monitoring the Legal and Compliance department budget
