About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Launder clothes & sheets to ensure hygiene.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
- Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Document care provided and any notable observations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current New Hampshire LNA certificate preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License & insurance with reliable vehicle.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
