About the role
- Build and maintain referral relationships with: Hospitals and discharge planners
- Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
- Assisted and independent living communities
- Care managers, social workers, and community partners
- Promote our non-medical home care services to the community
- Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and meetings
- Track leads, referrals, and conversions
- Collaborate with leadership to grow brand awareness and census
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or B2B marketing preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who is organized and results-driven
- Familiarity with senior care landscape is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
