• Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned to business growth goals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare BPO opportunities to deliver repeatable revenue growth
• Identify market niches and expansion areas to maximise reach and competitiveness
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and through partner/channels
• Lead development of bespoke presentations for targeted prospect audiences
• Partner with internal RFP teams to ensure high-quality and successful bid submissions, taking full ownership of opportunities through closure
