About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support new clients in adopting the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
- Guide them in implementing their electronic invoicing processes: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, validation/approval workflow
- Create clear, tailored training materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
- Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the designated chartered accountant
- You will be assigned a suitable client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.
