About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new clients in adopting the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document uploads, etc.
  • Guide them in implementing their electronic invoicing processes: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, and setting up approval workflows.
  • Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship.
  • Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
  • Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the designated chartered accountant.
  • You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.

  • You can manage multiple client files simultaneously.
