About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of our Group's digital transformation, you will work within one of our central offices.
You will be the Pennylane solution reference.
You will support accounting teams and clients in the deployment and optimization of the tool.
Analyze needs and scope Pennylane integration projects.
Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, banking.
Ensure data migration and perform functional acceptance testing.
Design and deliver user training.
Create training materials and documentation.
Support user onboarding and promote team autonomy.
Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tooling issues.
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements.
Identify obstacles and resistance, and develop support plans.
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate internal teams and technical partners.
Ensure deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in accounting, finance, IT, or related field.
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERP.
Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable solution.
Strong understanding of accounting (AR, AP, VAT, closings).
Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
Knowledge of accounting flows, APIs, SQL, and automations.
Teaching skills, customer-service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
Team player with a strong interest in digitization.
