About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage independently a portfolio of micro-enterprises, SMEs and corporate groups
- Perform annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of accounts)
- Carry out all exceptional operations such as company formations, various amendments, capital transactions, dissolution-liquidation, and universal transfer of assets (TUP)
- Draft all types of leases and certain common/standard agreements
- Handle legal issues and provide advice on corporate law, business law and taxation
- Conduct any necessary legal research to complete assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a Master’s degree or DESS in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Have at least 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work autonomously on routine and exceptional transactions
- Pedagogical with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with client-facing relationships
- Proficient with office software and digital tools (nearly fully digitalized processes)
