About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of our Group's digital transformation, you will work within one of our central offices.
You will act as the Pennylane solution lead, supporting accounting teams and clients in the deployment and optimization of the tool.
Analyze requirements and define the scope of Pennylane integration projects.
Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, bank connections.
Configure connectors/APIs with ERP, CRM and payment tools.
Manage data migration and perform functional acceptance testing.
Design and deliver user training.
Create training materials and documentation.
Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues.
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements.
Identify obstacles and resistance, and develop change management and support plans.
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in accounting, finance, management, or information systems.
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERPs.
Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable solution.
Strong understanding of accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, period closes).
Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
Knowledge of accounting data flows, APIs, SQL and automation.
Strong training skills, customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy, organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
Team player with a strong appetite for digitalization.
