About the role
- Plan and organize audit engagements: define audit strategies, plan audit work, and analyze internal controls
- Lead and supervise on-site teams, ensure the quality of work and support the development of team members’ skills
- Perform audit procedures on complex cycles and lead meetings with clients
- Draft audit reports and executive summaries
- Ensure the smooth execution of audit engagements under the supervision of an engagement director or partner
- Contribute to client relationships by listening to client needs and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in accounting/finance (DSCG, Master CCA, business school or equivalent)
- Holding (or currently pursuing) the French Chartered Accountant diploma (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable) is an asset
- 3 to 6 years of successful experience in an audit firm, with initial supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and methodologies, accounting frameworks and office tools (Excel, audit software)
- Rigorous, autonomous and organized, with team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a strong client service orientation
