About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and organize audit engagements: define audit strategies, plan audit work, and analyze internal controls
Lead and supervise on-site teams, ensure the quality of work and support the development of team members’ skills
Perform audit procedures on complex cycles and lead meetings with clients
Draft audit reports and executive summaries
Ensure the smooth execution of audit engagements under the supervision of an engagement director or partner
Contribute to client relationships by listening to client needs and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in accounting/finance (DSCG, Master CCA, business school or equivalent)
Holding (or currently pursuing) the French Chartered Accountant diploma (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable) is an asset
3 to 6 years of successful experience in an audit firm, with initial supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and methodologies, accounting frameworks and office tools (Excel, audit software)
Rigorous, autonomous and organized, with team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a strong client service orientation
