About the role
- Reporting to the Branch Director
- Management of a client portfolio (individual proprietors, craftsmen, and commercial companies)
- Preparation of VAT returns, annual financial statements, and tax return packages
- Preparation of income tax returns
- Provide first-line tax advice
- Provide hands-on advisory services and manage client relationships
- Use and adoption of new internal digital tools
- Participate in training and mentoring junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's level in accounting or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in an accounting firm
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Family-run, people-oriented and ambitious firm
- Curious, organized and methodical
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal qualities
- Strong interest in digital tools and technologies
