About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and organize audit engagements: define audit strategies, coordinate fieldwork, and analyze internal control
  • Supervise and manage on-site teams, ensure work quality and develop staff skills
  • Perform engagement work on complex cycles and lead meetings with clients
  • Draft audit reports and executive summaries
  • Ensure the smooth running of audit engagements under the supervision of an engagement director or partner
  • Participate in client relationship management, remaining attentive and responsible for client satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in accounting/finance (DSCG, Master's in Accounting/CCA, business school or equivalent)
  • Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable) or currently in progress is an asset
  • 3 to 6 years of successful experience in an audit firm, with initial supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of audit standards and methodologies, accounting frameworks, and office tools (Excel, audit software)
  • Rigorous, autonomous and organized, with a strong team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a client service mindset.
