About the role
- Advise and assist on corporate matters and actions throughout the lifecycle of companies
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers, full or partial transfers of assets
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of patient base (sale/transfer of a medical practice)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to audit and accounting teams
- Ensure approval of financial statements
- Actively contribute to our advisory services for business leaders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm
- Basic knowledge of taxation appreciated
- Curious, rigorous, conscientious and enthusiastic
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
