About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and assist on corporate matters and actions throughout the lifecycle of companies
Restructurings: mergers, demergers, full or partial transfers of assets
Commercial and professional leases
Transfer of patient base (sale/transfer of a medical practice)
Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
Provide technical support to audit and accounting teams
Ensure approval of financial statements
Actively contribute to our advisory services for business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent) with a specialization in business/corporate law
Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm
Basic knowledge of taxation appreciated
Curious, rigorous, conscientious and enthusiastic
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
