About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Annual corporate secretarial duties
- Drafting standard exceptional corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, capital increases)
- Handling files for sole proprietors / individual entrepreneurs
- Filing and updating beneficial owner declarations
- Maintaining and updating general meeting and shareholder registers
- Drafting engagement letters

- Contributing to advisory services for business owners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher legal education (BTS/DUT or Bachelor's level - Bac+3) with a specialization in corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm in a similar role
- Curious, rigorous, conscientious and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong client-service orientation
