About the role

  • Provide support and advice on corporate acts and day-to-day company matters: major balance-sheet transactions, corporate conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.
  • Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), total or partial asset contributions
  • Commercial and professional leases
  • Transfer of client portfolios (e.g., medical or professional practices)
  • Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
  • Technical support to our audit and accounting teams
  • Manage approvals of financial statements

Requirements

  • Hold a higher law degree (Master's level / Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
  • Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
  • Knowledge of taxation is a plus
