About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and advice on corporate acts and day-to-day company matters: major balance-sheet transactions, corporate conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.
Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), total or partial asset contributions
Commercial and professional leases
Transfer of client portfolios (e.g., medical or professional practices)
Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
Technical support to our audit and accounting teams
Manage approvals of financial statements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a higher law degree (Master's level / Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
Knowledge of taxation is a plus
