Senior Corporate Lawyer, Business Law
EXCO. Provide support and advice on corporate acts and day-to-day company matters: major balance-sheet transactions, corporate conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and advice on corporate acts and day-to-day company matters: major balance-sheet transactions, corporate conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets (TUP), etc.
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), total or partial asset contributions
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of client portfolios (e.g., medical or professional practices)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Technical support to our audit and accounting teams
- Manage approvals of financial statements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a higher law degree (Master's level / Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of taxation is a plus
