About the role
- Provide guidance and advice on matters related to corporate life: major financial operations, conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, TUP (universal transfer of assets), etc.
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin‑offs), total or partial asset contributions, etc.
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer/sale of medical practices (patient base)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
- Ensure the approval of financial statements
- Actively contribute to our advisory initiatives aimed at business leaders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law (equivalent to Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
- Knowledge of tax law would be an asset
