About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance and advice on matters related to corporate life: major financial operations, conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, TUP (universal transfer of assets), etc.
Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin‑offs), total or partial asset contributions, etc.
Commercial and professional leases
Transfer/sale of medical practices (patient base)
Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
Ensure the approval of financial statements
Actively contribute to our advisory initiatives aimed at business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in law (equivalent to Bac+5) with a specialization in business/corporate law
Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting firm in a similar role
Knowledge of tax law would be an asset
