About the role

  • You will join the Toulouse Audit team, made up of around ten people, serving clients of all sizes (SMEs – mid-caps – international groups – public entities) and across all sectors (manufacturing, service providers, chambers of commerce, associations, social housing providers, clinics, hospitals, mutual insurers, etc.).
  • Upon joining, you will receive training in the EXCO methodology and the main tools (Caseware, Datasnipper, Copilot, ...), enabling you to quickly gain autonomy and take on responsibility.
  • You will work on high value-added statutory audit assignments, in direct contact with Managers and Partners depending on the size and complexity of the engagement.
  • You will be fully involved in: the analysis of client processes and internal control; the identification and assessment of key controls; the preparation of a risk map and the definition of appropriate audit procedures.
  • You will also play a central role in managing engagements: technical supervision of the assigned team, training of team members, coordination of specialist contributors (IT, legal, etc.) involved in assignments, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and actively participating in client relations and file follow-up.

Requirements

  • You are autonomous, curious, rigorous and empathetic, and you enjoy working in a team;
  • You place importance on interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You hold a Master's-level qualification (Bac +5) (DSCG, Master CCA, business school) and have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an accounting firm;
  • You have an interest in IT and digital tools;
