About the role
- Prepare payroll payslips
- Complete social declarations (DSN)
- Manage employee onboarding and departures (new employee declaration - DPAE, employment contracts, full and final settlements …)
- Advise clients
- Support clients in using their payroll software (Silae)
- Provide technical payroll support to teams and clients
- Contribute to payroll configurations and social updates
- Work on social and HR advisory assignments (social audits, cost analysis, ... )
Requirements
- Specialized payroll training (Professional title, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a firm or in a multi-collective-agreement environment
- Strong command of Silae payroll software
- Organized, rigorous and adaptable
- Customer service orientation and team spirit
