About the role
- Drafting and updating employment contracts
- Drafting contract amendments
- Assisting with the implementation of mandatory documents and collective agreements
- Supporting the management of disciplinary procedures
- Monitoring statutory and HR-related deadlines
- Providing first-line advice and support to our clients
- Legal monitoring (keeping up to date with legal developments)
Requirements
- Education: Two- to three-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2/+3) in law or a related field
- Knowledge of labor and employment law
- Strong written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
