About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of the Employment Law Department
  • Work alongside our employment law lawyers and payroll administrators
  • Drafting and updating employment contracts
  • Drafting contract amendments
  • Assisting with the implementation of mandatory documents and collective agreements
  • Assisting in the management of disciplinary procedures
  • Tracking labour-law deadlines and obligations
  • Providing first-line advice and support to our clients
  • Legal monitoring

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary qualification, e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • Knowledge of employment (labour) law
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Rigour and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and summarise information
