About the role
- Reporting to the Head of the Employment Law Department
- Work alongside our employment law lawyers and payroll administrators
- Drafting and updating employment contracts
- Drafting contract amendments
- Assisting with the implementation of mandatory documents and collective agreements
- Assisting in the management of disciplinary procedures
- Tracking labour-law deadlines and obligations
- Providing first-line advice and support to our clients
- Legal monitoring
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary qualification, e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's)
- Knowledge of employment (labour) law
- Strong drafting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and summarise information
