About the role
- You will manage a client portfolio across a variety of sectors
- Process payroll files on behalf of a diverse client base
- Handle employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide advisory support to the firm's clients
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2/+3 (equivalent to an associate's degree or Bachelor's-level education)
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proficiency in preparing payslips and completing social security/payroll-related filings
- Proficiency with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong team player
- Rigor and attention to detail in applying procedures
- Adherence to professional ethics applicable to the profession (analytical ability, customer service orientation)
- Experience with SILAE payroll software is a plus
