About the role

  • You will manage a client portfolio across varied sectors
  • Processing payroll files for a diverse client base: from collecting variable payroll elements to preparing payslips and filing social declarations within a multi-collective-agreement environment
  • Personnel administration from onboarding to termination
  • Advising the firm's clients

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2/Bac+3 (equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education)
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proficiency in preparing payslips and completing social declarations
  • Proficiency with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
  • Good team spirit
  • Rigour in applying procedures
  • Respect for professional ethics (analytical ability, customer satisfaction orientation)
  • Knowledge of SILAE payroll software will be an asset
