About the role
- Processing payroll files for a diverse client base: from collecting variable pay elements to producing payslips and submitting social declarations within a multi-collective bargaining agreement environment
- Personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Advising the firm's clients
Requirements
- Education: Bac +2/+3 (equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education)
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proficiency in preparing payslips and completing social (payroll) declarations
- Proficient with IT tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong team spirit / collaborative team player
- Rigor in applying procedures
- Adherence to professional ethics (analytical skills, client-focused)
- Knowledge of SILAE payroll software is a plus
