About the role
- Assist a payroll manager in processing their payroll portfolio
- Liaise with social and regulatory organizations
- Enter and integrate payroll variables
- Monitor payroll automation processes
- Prepare payroll output documents
- Perform post-payroll data extractions
- Prepare analytical payroll accounting entries
- Save documents in the electronic document management system (EDMS)
Requirements
- Education: two- to three-year post-secondary diploma (equivalent to Bac+2/3)
- 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an accounting firm
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Proficient in preparing payslips and completing statutory social declarations
- Proficient with IT tools and software (MS Office)
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Respect for professional ethics and confidentiality
- Experience with SILAE software is a plus
