About the role

  • Assist a payroll manager in processing their payroll portfolio
  • Liaise with social and regulatory organizations
  • Enter and integrate payroll variables
  • Monitor payroll automation processes
  • Prepare payroll output documents
  • Perform post-payroll data extractions
  • Prepare analytical payroll accounting entries
  • Save documents in the electronic document management system (EDMS)

Requirements

  • Education: two- to three-year post-secondary diploma (equivalent to Bac+2/3)
  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Proficient in preparing payslips and completing statutory social declarations
  • Proficient with IT tools and software (MS Office)
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
  • Respect for professional ethics and confidentiality
  • Experience with SILAE software is a plus
